I am looking for the proper Tdci middle row top seat belt bracket.

I am planning to retro-fit Series 88 hardtop sides and need to fit the middle row seatbelts.

From recent experiments and testing - you need to be very careful how you disable the EGR system... all will be revealed very soon...
