Hi All

I have a 90 with a tailgate and a swing out wheel carrier - and boy does it squeak....

I am assuming it is moving on the latch - which on mine are the classic anti-luce drop latches.

By ‘poverty spec’ you mean you have no immobilizer/ 10AS, right?

Possible you knocked one of the wires off the ignition switch?

😀 good thought - but never disconnected it.

All lights work - dash lights up like normal, indicators work - cannot find anything that doesn’t work - apart from not turning over 😀

Fitted as per advice the Dummy Relay and all works perfectly.

With the advice of llessur this one is solved.

Although the relay for TDCi is more complicated than on previous Defenders - the bypass relay still works.
