If the rain is that bad then the guys ensure it’s ‘as tight as a drum’ and certainly no water gets collected.

This works for me - less than 2 minutes to ‘deploy’ (there are guy ropes for when needed!)
I seem to recall it was “a bargain” and unusually my wife agreed

| My rear awning only takes 2 minutes to put up - if only for a short while, no need for the guys etc. I have a rack already, so no additional height for me |

You will find multiple threads on RX8 seats or similar.
I fitted RX8 seats to my 2014 Utility and they are excellent (yes extra work to fit and keep access to battery, but MUCH cheaper) |
