The dealer installed the tow bar. But when they programmed the system, the car gives warning about the tow bar and the back parking sensors stop working even if the trailer ...

Did you find any solution for this? I just installed the multi height tow bar to the car but there is nothing appear on the menu and there is no voltage coming from the pins.
