If it is not actually getting up to temp, it is the sender or the guage. I had a bad earth on the temp gauge which made it look as though it were overheating. Engine wasn't even warm.

I've made the entire floor removable in mine (110 hard top) using chequer plate to replace the floor and rivnuts. I've had no issues. Makes maintnenace so much easier at the back end, you can stand up ... |

If it were me I would bleed the system just to be sure first, then....
Have you checked what the temp actuually is? Does it get hotter more quickly than you would expect?

I think you're refering to the "P38 short nose Wolf axle", which was used from 2002 onwards ?
Possibly, I didn't think it was common to the P38 though. Aren't the A-Frames different? |
