We did Abbey 517 5 birth single axel (to keep the wife happy) and no faff course needed!! Pics arent the best but hey..

| Fair enough although i thought that the natural rotation of the wheel naturally tightens the wheel nuts? does this not apply when spacers are envoled? |

An Amp would be needed ideally yes as the HU can only give so much power so you'd A. Have 6x9's not used to their full potential and B. have the HU putting out it's absolute maximum.
