Your turbo sound has got nothing to do with the remap.

That sound (as per video) is due to removal of the catalytic converter and the center cilencer box.

Had this mod done on my previous 90 wit ...

As far as I understand the "fix" bracket is only on the 2.2's and not the 2.4's.

Jeez...maybe also get your intercooler cleaned and ask them to pressure test it to see if there are any holes in the intercooler?

Well....if it is oil from the turbo it means that your intercooler must have a leak/hole in it??? How els will it leak from your intercooler (which will be filled by oil by this time....) on to that c ...

If you go for a solid blank you'll need it remapped, I'm sure your aware of that anyway.
If you go for the ones with the holes they can be hit and miss.

right ive tried the lower temp thermostat which is a gray one 82o with light spring

only done one shortish run so far results using scangauge

From what I've read here it might sound like the "warm weather" thermostat from the FLI that they isntall.

Will let you know asap.

Well, I do not have a 90 (had one but with the normal "bend pipe to the side") but I have a 110 with a "straight pipe" to the rear also with the "cut out" in the flap.
