To add to this the vibration is gradually getting worse. However I’ve noticed that if I clutch or change to neutral the vibration stops.

The rocker arms are fine, I meant one of the timing chain guide rails is broken, most likely from just wear.

I've ordered a new one and hope to fit it without removing the head or sump.

I got the Gwyn Lewis kit. It's a great piece of kit. The clamp was included. I went for the HD TRE's as I spend a lot of time offroad and the vehicle is full of overlanding gear.
