The gear shift controller is manufactured by PCS.
I’d imagine this is at fault.
I doubt it will be the internal T43 controller at fault.

Next time it happens give the main relay another wriggle, odd’s are it’s that.
The ecu earth wire and inertia switch can also case the same problem |

A topside fault is a good indicator that the ecu is poorly.
Can you clear the codes and see if it comes back when trying to re start ? |

yes
1 apply hand brake
2 gearbox in neutral
3 jack just 1 front wheel so it is just clear of the ground
4 try to rotate the front wheel
if it rotates the transfer box is not locked
if it won ... |

Had my first test drive in the build last night and when manoeuvring it through the unit and out I noticed the inside rear wheel was hopping/ slipping.

You’ll find it won’t cool it well enough, use a v8 rad.
Do you have a part number for the v8 rad Greeni? My guy wiring it up said the tdci rad which is the same as the td5 rad is not big enough ... |
