okay found the problem
seems that the software from the ECU had not the last updates installed
normally dealers do this when going on maintenance
updated to last version now and shaking is gone |

At what speeds does it do that?
mine does ti at 40 or 50mph in 6th.
and it has nothing to do with the VCV.

I'm not sure exactly of the full procedure, but was the EGR disabled in the map?
There are functions I believe that the EGR can be left operational, EGR shut but cleaning cycle operational or as mine ... |

yes i get the MIL light burning now but with OBD2 device I can erase the faults
so about the DTC's: what you are saying is, that when the ECU has some DTCs before the remap and you don't erase them ... |

even with the blanking plate between and the EGR out software based, the shaking is still there... we also thought it was the EGR that not closes completely ... |
