I’m assuming that those are welded to the bulkhead..?

Guessing there is no way for me to fabricate them based on pictures

went with the triangulation method.. seems to work but these holes lining up with old brackets makes me think there should be more to it. like some brackets between bulkhead and plate

thank you... yeah, that's what I'm thinking, must just form support when combined with the top dash piece.. gonna give it a go now
