Engine parts Surface Rust?
Can someone tell this mechanical numpty what these two parts work surface rust are? (I assume one is a fuel rail?)

And, is the rust normal and ‘just a Defender thing’?

Didn’t have it on my previous 2015, hence asking.

fuel rail and various other bits are bare steel, ACF 50 turns it black but try to avoid getting it on the accessory belt DEFENDER 90 TDCI XS,

I hope everyone is well and your land rovers make you happy

Rust on fuel rail looks reasonably well established - is it a replacement item? Or just a wire brush and ACF50?
