I have removed the actuator and the o ring retainer holding the arm. The arm will move but it very stiff and feels like it is almost grinding through three positions as I move it.

Have revved the engine and the aviator arm move freely when revs given.
Also I get the click click click sound when I turn off. Does this signal the EGR is working correctly? |

I cleared the faults and took the vehicle for a run.
The MIL has remained off but the turbo does feel weak, its doesn't pull. I plugged the reader back in and the only fault showing is P0234 - Intake boost pressure sensor input signals intake pressure above the maximum specified pressure by 4 psi for more than 5 seconds. |

Hi astroarcadia, I know this post was a while ago now, but I have a similar problem. Did you get to the bottom of what caused it? Cheers. |
