Indicators must be an optional extra on this model. Definately worth getting if you are going to overtake like the driver in the video.

They seem to spend a rather disturbing amount of time on the wrong side of the road in that video, including some quite significant bends where it looks as though visibility is impaired. Given that they are clearly on open public roads (Scotland I suspect), I am not sure that it is very sensible.

Horrible wheels on the white one! Yuk!

I drive the roads of Scotland quite alot, so spent a few mins looking to see where it was filmed. It has:
quiet roads
steep valley with forest woodland (crop-trees)
some broad-leaf trees (suggests not too far north)
at about 4 minutes there's a wigwam in the background
there's lots of life-bouys, so a place where the public frequent (fishing)

So I think it may be in the Scottish borders (or maybe the lake district?)

St Mary's loch looks likely.

Just a guess of course... Defender "Puma" 2.4 110 County Utility (possibly the last of the 2.4's)

My guess was St Mary's loch too, on the Moffat - Innerleithen road. Doesn't look like anywhere I recognise in the Lakes (and there aren't a billion caravans).

The autocar review says it's more planted than the 2.4

The rear anti-roll bar changed part no from VIN BA408309 and the front from BA408792 - although this may not necessarily mean anything - (2.2 is fitted from CA000001) so if you've got one of the last 2.4s then you have the same spec suspension as the 2.2.

I have one of the last 2.4's, bought a few weeks ago. Will check anti roll bars.

The brakes on the 2.2 are different too!

I checked on Microcat and they are "unchanged"...
e.g. disk brake change from 9A777777 but old item is supersedes by the new one for older VIN also
