United Kingdom 2015 Defender 110 Puma 2.2 USW Corris Grey
Heated seat failure.
Seeking some warmth around my nether regions I turned on the heated seat the other day only to find that it stayed stubbornly cold - unlike last winter when those bits that needed warming soon got toasty after switching the seat heater on.

I was going to submit it for a warranty fix but decided to investigate first so tested the feed into the backrest heated pad socket and found it was good. I then unclipped the backrest cover and pulled it up over the point where the three wires enter the heated pad to find that the feed had come away - hence no heat in either the backrest or seat base. A new pad complete with loom and my bits are all toasty again Mr. Green Steve.
Owned numerous Land Rover vehicles of all shapes and sizes over the decades.
Current Defender: A non tarts hand-bagged Puma 110 XS USW.

[Insert something impressive here such as extensive list of previous Land Rovers or examples of your prestigeous and expensive items, trinkets, houses, bikes, vehicles etc]

The heated seats are better than a naked Angelina Jolie on heat after a Winter surf. I still grin inanely every time they save me from cold-induced frozen prawn syndrome. Defender 110XS SW gone... now VW California 180 4 Motion.

The emphasis is very much "after a Winter surf"

Any other time, it's the generously bapped figure of female perfection every time. Very Happy Defender 110XS SW gone... now VW California 180 4 Motion.
