No, because it cannot fit at all after I put in the upper bolts, sad. But i did use the hammer try n knock a bit just now, looks ok. Will continue tomorrow as already dark here. |

OK so that is a Salisbury type rear axle. You need to bolt down the flat bracket to the axle first then insert the ball joint and do up the nut from the side. It is a pain but that is the only way to do it.

Ok, but the problem was when I bolted the bracket to axle 1st, the upper bolt (brushes) very very difficult to align it, and the brushes quite heavy too...hahaha.
so I tried the other ways round, align upper 1st (loose as have not tighten it), then 2nd only come to axle bracket. thanks bro! |

OK I need a photo to see what the problem is. Could you fix the axle plate in to position then lower the ball joint into position. Take a few photos of the bit that is rubbing.

Ok. By the way, do you mean lower the ball joint into position is unscrew the castle nut 1st? 2nd pic was bolted the axle plate, then upper (brushes side) become unfit

Dear all
Update: finally able to fit all the parts. just jack up the axle a bit and use a hammer knock the ball joint from top and the castle bolt able to fit the hole. thank you all for your info. |
