These are the culprits causing my issue! The three screws along the back edge.

When the weather improves I will look to replace the screws and the plastic captive plugs and have a closer look at what is binding to cause the creak.
Loosening them off has cured things for now.

I checked all the floor bolts and screws, some of them were only finger tight. Nipped them all up resulting in a large number of squeaks, rattles and creaks disappearing.
