Still £1.87 (diesel) local to me. A bit cheaper as Sainsbury’s but still no significant drop.

Diesel is currently the equivalent of £1.33 here in Luxembourg which is pretty much always the cheapest in Western Europe. It was over 2 euros a month or so ago. I live in a border town and there’s 7 petrol stations within about 250 yards of each other, and none for miles on the other side of the border, absolutely no point when you can just nip over the bridge where fuel will be upwards of 15-20 cents a litre cheaper. It may be cheaper but there’s no competition as fuel price is the same at every petrol station as it’s set by the government.

West Lothian was about 10p more per litre than Edinburgh this week. Thankfully Costco is 1.62 per litre
