Reverse cam wire routing for 110 double cab
About to fit a reverse cam. Internal routing for wires not easy with a double cab/ truck back. Was thinking about running the wires externally along the chassis, cable tied to the original wiring loom and then routing up behind the dash. Any tips/advice? Thanks

I ran mine along the n/s chassis rail, up the bulkhead in the engine bay, and through into the cab near the point where the screenwasher pipe enters.

On my td5 110 I went along the chassis as you say but happened to have a blanked hole pre drilled in the floor under the pedals. From there it’s taped to the floor as under a mat. I’ve then gone up the bulkhead on the drivers side behind the trim and then enter the dash binnacle behind the check strap cover. From there you can go where you like depending on the dash style you have.

Certainly a bodge compared with the above options but saved me a lot of time as I didn’t have to take the dash out just pulled the instrument cluster forward.

I know that the TD5 has a different dash wish would affect choices, but one of the attractions of the route I took was that it didn't require any dismantling of the dash, the area inside the cab where the cable comes through is accessible through the panel in the n/s footwell (the one that would cover the fusebox on a LHD vehicle). Access isn't easy, but saves taking the dash out. The engine side is near the connector for the n/s wing harness on the bulkhead.

So both sides accessible, deep joy!
