The sound of silence!

Does anyone know how to reactivate a silent sound system. Mine has been a problem in the past but no sound at all today on any of the options, radio, dab, phone audio etc.

First, check that the speaker icon on the screen doesn’t have an X across it which indicates that the volume has been muted - fix is just to press the audio on/off button once.

If that doesn’t change anything try pressing down and holding the power/ on/off button far left of the console for 15-20 seconds. This performs a reset of PiviPro, like doing Ctrl/Alt/Del on a Windows OS system. Did you ever fix your no sound, this has just happened and I have tried the reset but nothing. Also lost voice command on navigation, any ideas before I have to make my way to the dealers.
