First, check that the speaker icon on the screen doesn’t have an X across it which indicates that the volume has been muted - fix is just to press the audio on/off button once.
If that doesn’t change anything try pressing down and holding the power/ on/off button far left of the console for 15-20 seconds. This performs a reset of PiviPro, like doing Ctrl/Alt/Del on a Windows OS system.
