Slight change to manufacturing process and material thickness.
Thankfully due to the number of orders the grilles are now going to be laser-cut out of a single sheet of 2mm stainless steel. The prototype I fitted to my vehicle the profile radius of the bend meant there was a slight gap of about 1mm between the main grille and the intercooler grille on the bend, by reducing the thickness to 2mm the radius will not be so profound. I too have ordered a modified one for myself. Below is a PDF of the grille. They should hopefully be ready in the next 10-14 days workload permitting. You've bagged the last one of this batch! Would need at least another 6 or more to make another lot viable! If you go through life with your head in the sand....all people will see is an ar5e!! Treat every day as if it is your last....one day you will be right!! |

Will 'pm' everyone regarding payment once I've got them in my sweaty palm. Will also get a cost of p & p then as well. Paypal is easiest for me!

Well they've arrived and I've been to the Post Office....They weigh in at nearly 700 grammes!
Will 'pm' everyone with payment details. Should anyone else like one let me know and we'll see if we get enough for another batch! If you've got the patience and time they will polish up to almost a mirror finish! If you've got access to a buffing wheel or polishing medium it is worth the extra effort! ***Update: Got an extra one cut so one is still available! First come first served! No need for thanks. With the 'improvement' of replacing another inferior item that continually rots out with something that will last and improve the looks of the vehicle to boot it has been a project I have enjoyed! As detailed in my 'pm' I have another idea but cost may be prohibitive. We shall see! If you go through life with your head in the sand....all people will see is an ar5e!! They have been given a light polish! But I was of the understanding that we are all 'excellent rocket-Land Rover polishers' on here! I know I am! A real 'dab-hand!'
