Any recommendations for a set of hoses for a 2008 Defender 110, Puma. to take on an extended trip? What should be included? Peter

Which hoses are you talking about? Intercooler hoses fail like clockwork, but rather than carry spares just upgrade them to silicon.

Thought a spare set for expeditions would be a guarantee that none would fail.

Rather than full hoses, what about a couple of aluminium joiners of the right diameter? Perhaps an elbow? A full set of hoses would be quite a bulk parcel to be carrying round, and if you've not replaced a hose yet will you need to replace one whilst away?
That said I've just holed the 3rd turbo to intercooler hose on mine as it makes contact with the steering knuckle. 2007 - Stornoway Grey 90 XS SW - Gone 2002 - Black Discovery II - Gone 2014 - Montalcino Red 110 XS SW |
