Heat will affect the painted surfaces even mild heat. 130's have feeling's as well you know

Digging up an old thread here, done the same, drilled it out and tried easy out, that then snapped flush, I have zero bolt sticking out externally and it’s the annoying one wedged in between chassis and fuel tank so pretty tough to get at from other side. Tried drilling easy out with Ti but doing nothing…
