Heat will affect the painted surfaces even mild heat. 130's have feeling's as well you know Smile

Thanks for the feedback everyone, I can access the back of it so I'll give it a good soak and then go from there. I do not have any welding equipment so those options are out.

I'm planning on selling the Defender later in the year and wanted to pop a new ladder on as the old one was getting a bit scruffy - I already regret this decision!

Digging up an old thread here, done the same, drilled it out and tried easy out, that then snapped flush, I have zero bolt sticking out externally and it’s the annoying one wedged in between chassis and fuel tank so pretty tough to get at from other side. Tried drilling easy out with Ti but doing nothing…
