I’ve used the camera to get through very tight gates as they show the edge of the front wheels well. Can’t see why they wouldn’t work for this as well.

I live in West London and have been through numerous 6’ 6” width restrictions - just take it slow and it’s not a problem.

If you have trouble judging where your wheels are then you can always use the cameras but before long you’ll develop a sense of the where the wheels are anyway Cheers, David

Thanks. Do you use the 'guidelines' superimposed on screen, or do you prefer the live wheel cam?

Thanks. For the ones I drive through regularly, I'm fine, but there's a couple of real nasty ones on corners or with awkward road alignment which make them really difficult to pass through unscathed. Especially for wider, longer vehicles.

My D250 will be on 18s so i'll be paying less alloy tax. Though there are a couple with pretty agressive bollards where tyres alone wont save me.

Low curbs so minimal concern, I usually just drive over the path when turning in, like the van pictured. The curve makes this one a particular challenge to nail.

I don’t use any of the lines, it’s just the cameras are useful to see where the edge of the tyre is as you can’t just look out the window due to the fatness of the vehicle.

I have a very narrow drive leading to my garage with walls on either side at the street. While in drive, I stop, hit the camera button, then hit OFFROAD and the view on either side of the front wheel is simply brilliant for this. I'd imagine it's the same for these width restrictor devices you have over there in UK!

I finally took delivery of my 110, and have already been directed through the width restrictors a few times.

The basic off-road camera with a live view of the wheels has been very useful. I probably have an inch or two between curb and tyres on both sides which is a touch tight. But with this camera view i've been able to squeeze through without a scuff.

I haven't bothered using the yellow superimposed guidelines as they're not very clear or accurate.

The offset/plan camera views are great for negotiating very narrow gaps or high kerbs, pity that you cannot have the left and right offset side views in the screen at the same time. Pangea Green D250 90 HSE with Air Suspension, Off-road Pack, Towing Pack, Black Contrast roof , rear recovery eyes, Front bash plate, Classic flaps all round, extended wheel arch kit and a few bits from PowerfulUK Expel Clear Gloss PPF to come

Haha - This is easily one of the weirdest 'Packs' out there.. for £1200 you get some shiny pedals, a stick on bumper scratch guard, and, weirdest of all - a front undershield?? Presumably to limit damage caused by dogs, cats, gluey handed protestors..

That would be annoying!

Hopefully the 18"s should save me from myself in such a situation.
