Hi
Have you thought about fitting the parts yourself? I have fitted a couple over the years took an hour or so. All parts are normally available on line.Just a thought. 2010 XS USW 1957 Series One 88 diesel 1958 Series One 88 4x2 |

Had considered this although don't think the TD5 bonnet is up to the weight of the spare wheel.
Had also thought about getting a standard 300tdi or older bonnet and installing the mount myself although feel it may be cheaper and easier just to buy one with the mount already installed. Cheers for the recommendation though. |

Wasn't there a point in time where it became illegal (or similar) to have a spare mounted on the bonnet due to obstructing the view etc. 1995 300 Tdi Epsom Green - It's a keeper.

Think I have a TD5 spec spare wheel on the bonnet kit somewhere in my unit, from memory it was made by Front Runner

And if you fit a pre Td5 bonnet (as in, a 300 one) onto a Td5 vehicle, there's not much gap between the rocker cover and the bottom of the bonnet.... especially with the plastic soundproofing in place... It'll rattle like a rattly thing if it touches. I had that problem with mine.
