I won’t make any more as work have cracked down on doing side jobs in work time now unfortunately 👎
Since making mine, I have improved the design. I think Ian at IRB was having one of them made not too long ago, he has the files so could get one made for you if you ask him 👍 |

Only thing to note is that It fits for non ABS vehicles but would be very tight if you had ABS, in all honesty I might not even fit with the ABS block

Nothing much to note on the landy front. I was away from her for 3 months and it was still at home when I got back which was a bonus 😂 gave her a wash and put some miles on it. Planning new things but think I should have the rusty bits tidied up before they get too bad.

Thanks Clayton.
Yeah back to a legal numberplate. Where I work they started having civilian police on the gate doing spot checks on vehicles. Just making sure we were all legal, tyres, windscreen, lights. MOT etc. So it was only a matter of time. 😂 so when I changed the bumper I thought I’d put the legal plates on Looks better now in a way. Just my ego shortened a little bit 😂 2011 Defender DCPU 2.2 - https://www.defender2.net/forum/topic30623.html Instagram - @r22oyp Roy |

No massive updates.
Changed my headlights to the LTPTZ offering from ORE4x4. Brilliant set of lights and fully road legal And “E” marked for the UK road. Made in Germany so the quality is going to be good. Click image to enlarge Me and Simon had another day out to catch up so there was always going to be photos. Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge Things to do.. refit tree sliders when they’re back from Line-X paint. Fit some goodies from ORE4X4- seat box corner protectors and Molle pouch mount. Click image to enlarge Remove and recondition the front prop shaft, Ian at IRB providing the spares for that. Click image to enlarge Also a little development that Ian has been working on, little bit of testing. A new 102mm wing intake adapter to suit vehicles with ABS. Click image to enlarge Very much looking forward to this as then I can remove all the extra I’ve bolted on like snow cowls and side vent for a cleaner less cluttered look. 2011 Defender DCPU 2.2 - https://www.defender2.net/forum/topic30623.html Instagram - @r22oyp Roy |

Nice little update Roy hope you are well? Those pictures of you and Simon make me hope you might be planning a def2 might up again soon it’s been a while. Is that air intake adapter going to be suitable for TD5 as well? Andy

Great pics as always. Have you managed to convince Simon to start his own build thread yet? Would love a good look around his vehicle!! (Come on Suli!)

We haven’t spoke about a meet yet. But I’m sure we can come up with something at some point. Both me and Simon were pretty busy throughout last year to be honest. The adaptor certainly will be I believe. I’ll update here when Ian has released it. And To a build thread on Simons, not my yet. I could Probably start one the work I’ve done on it 😂 2011 Defender DCPU 2.2 - https://www.defender2.net/forum/topic30623.html Instagram - @r22oyp Roy |

Today I did the UJs. Much quieter in the cab now. Although there wasn’t any play in them they were very stiff/sticky.
Plus all the external cowls and scoops are off. Much cleaner lines in my eye. Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge 2011 Defender DCPU 2.2 - https://www.defender2.net/forum/topic30623.html Instagram - @r22oyp Roy |
