The winch arrangement looks different to those fitted to the current prototypes, part 370 is described as a "tool holder":

That bottom pic looks like the rear bumper to me. Maybe they are going to offer a rear winch mount. 2007 110 TDCi Station Wagon XS

Interesting considering Equipe have been doing basically the same design for circa 15yrs for the original defenders

"Multi-part metal bumper" with a winch mount is nothing new, how do they think they can patent that or the cargo track that's been around for years?

Ineos are getting a little desperate with their patent applications.
There's nothing 'new' in the Grenadier, they've just taken all the good ideas from everyone else and put them in one vehicle. Whistle

As said above Equipe have been making bumpers like that for years and Jeep have been selling them since 2018 too.

Isn't that the new "new"?

In the case of all the patents that have been posted on the forum in the last week, whether JLR or Ineos, I am surprised that there is enough novelty to allow patenting! I was always under the impression that there had to be significant novelty to allow a patent, apparently not any more.

A three-part bumper - there must have been hundreds!

The patents that are showing up are Patents on how things are put together. The patents are not on the overall product but on how the overall product is constructed and used. They are COYA, if someone comes in and creates a patent on how to remove mesh from their bumper, they would owe them money. There are plenty of Patent Trolls that make a living looking at existing patents and creating loopholes to make money.

Your description seems to fall outside what is quoted for "What you can patent":
