Drove 300 miles West on Sunday, and drove 300 miles back East Monday afternoon/ evening. The 110 ran like clockwork and made me smile I always enjoy the look of surprise/annoyance on some driver's faces when they are passed by a Defender on the M25 !! 2010 XS USW

Decided run the 90, it’s sat for about 8 weeks, started right up (kept on a c-tek conditioner), fuelled it up, headed West as that’s where there was blue skies and found a food outlet open in Nantwich.

Replaced the drivers side windows outer waist seal in the hope of stopping water getting in and out under the carpet. The old seal had a small nick on the edge that goes against the glass. 1999 Defender TD5 110

Car wasn't firing up yesterday morning on the day its getting the glow plugs changed!
Also killed the battery trying to fire it up. Had to cold start it with some brake cleaner and trickle charged the battery last night, started up like a dream this morning in -2c MOT/Serviced rebooked for tomorrow now! Cant believe how warm and quiet the cab is now with silent coat and exmoor premium carpets. |

Fitted a new Fuel pressure regulator
Replaced passanger side window waist seal Painted a bit the chassis that had some welding done. Fixed the non parking issue with the rear wiper due to a bad earth Fixed the reverse camera not working due to a bad earth Cleaned down under and around the gearbox to help trace oil leaks and then jet washed the engine and gearbox area to get it even cleaner. Took the car for a good motorway drive to help dry engine etc. 1999 Defender TD5 110 Regards John M0VAZ Econet Station 48 no clock |

Took two hours to remove my front wiper arms off the splined adapters. Had to drill the grub screw out and use a small hub puller to get the driver side splined adapter off.
Put the first coat of Arles Blue on the rear seat bases after treating corrosion with Ali-Clean and Etch Primer. Click image to enlarge 2010 Defender 90 300Tdi CW (White/1994) 2021 Defender 90 300Tdi SW (Blue/1994) |

Done over a period of almost 1.5weeks.. but assembled today.
Every time I open the bonnet, had to look away as the slam panel and other bits were becoming to be an eyesore.
