Nice one!
Not seen that rubber strip before, very useful. I just used a neoprene strip on mine. I had my 110 rack blasted and powdercoated. Cost me about £300.
I have had a few of these racks come and go through my hands and do now have some clamps spare. I also recall seeing some feet and clamps on FB or something recently. I'll have a look and post the link if I find it. Click image to enlarge After powdercoating. |

Thanks for this, I have it booked it in to be done as soon as I source the clamps.
I only need the threaded clamp piece as all the feet are present, believe 8 are required? |

They are a very simple design. Not too much of a stretch to make them yourself or have fabricator knock them up for you.

Someone has kindly put the dimensions up in a previous post so think may have to go this route - I'll speak to the company who is going to powder coat to see if they are able to fabricate these for me.\
thanks for you advise and help ! |

Just by way of update found the clamps so all good only missing the nuts - am I right in thinking these are self locking M8 nuts?
Need to get them ordered to pickup the rack and take it to be Powder coated so keen to get some ordered ASAP. thanks |

yes, m8.
when I got my Hannibal maybe 5 years ago now, it came without the clamps... seem to be a recurrent thing, missing clamps. |

Dropped all off today for Power Coating
Can anyone advise where to source some rubber pads so I can reapply afterwards. Not sure needs replacing on the cross members as nothing actually goes on these as below the main rails but for the clamps certainly and to go along ladder when against car body? These maybe https://www.amazon.co.uk/perfect-ideaz-col...amp;sr=8-5 |

The foam on the cross pieces will stop it rattling if there is no load on there. I used some 40mm self adhesive neoprene for that and the feet.

Ah makes sense he mentioned process may melt the pieces between the two rails so not sure how I'd replace between, perhaps can slip it underneath.
Cannot find 4mm so thinking 6mm will be ok https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B07VFS...&psc=1 |

I took mine apart completely before taking it to be blasted and powdercoated. The cross rails unbolt. In the right in this pic.
