Mine were loose. The probles is that the ones for the UJ“s are so hidden you need to rotate them to plug the grease pistol!
I“m wondering, how does LR realize about all these issues! The nipples hasn`t been a big issue on any forum! Puma 110" SW ............................................................. Earth first. Other planets later |

Your welcome friends.
My subscriptions end in June (if I remember) and possibly I will suscribe again (It is worth its weight in gold). If not, please can somebody take the flag? Cheers! Eduardo MY 2007 110 SW PUMA 2.4: Big Fog of 64' MY 1994 Jayco 1207 Folding camper: "El Tremendo" Click image to enlarge |

Thanks for the tip Ed Just out of interest, how does the subscription work. Is it ridiculously expensive? 130 HCPU 2.4TDCi 110 300TDi |

Hi
You must be suscribe to the GTR. Cost around US$300 per year for the internet access to the database including workshop manuals and all the bulletins. You can suscribe for a day, a week or a month. Thanks Ed Just one more question: If you suscribe for a week (or even a day) can you download stuff from the GTTR. In other words copy all you want from the workshop manuals to your own computer? cheers Rob 130 HCPU 2.4TDCi 110 300TDi |

Hi Rob. Yes you need a lot of paper and maybe a spare ink cartridge. Or you can use a free PDF file creator from pdfforge.net. Then instead of printing to your printer you print to the PDF file creator. Then save the PDF files in folders. You can then print them anytime you want.

This, I suspect, is the cause of the infamous 'grooling' sound discussed elsewhere on the forum, LR have replaced a good number of rear diffs because of these missing grease points. I know mine(diff) was replaced. |
