FIXED - Starting issue after Head Gasket change
What could be touched that could impact starting?

This is only when it’s warm and only started after the HG was replaced.

So far I’ve replaced the diesel return pipe and all 4 injectors on the advice of the garage.

I also saw the fault code U0001 and engine warning light so could that be the CAN BUS?

It’s been back to the garage twice and I’m not getting anywhere except much poorer!!

So after some research, I disconnected the CHT and cleaned with contact spray and that seems to have solved the warm start issue!

Since doing that its started first time every time so fingers crossed thats it sorted.

Cylinder Head Temp gauge that sits on the top of the engine at the back.
