anyone familiar with this outfit?
seems too good to be true? https://www.softpro1.com/en/index.cgi?office look cosha but prices seem too low to be genuine? but as anyone who has read some of my previous IT related posts will know - I aint got a clue with the IT wizardry |

The fact that they offer photoshop and AutoCAD (looking at over £2k for both per year) so scarily cheap is a pretty big red flag for me.

At best, it's going to be a grey area (misuse of Microsoft volume licencing, resale of OEM licences meant for manufacturers building computers), at worst it's going to be software that has been 'cracked' to bypass the licence checks. Likely you are paying £19 for something downloaded from a torrent site for free. |
