Rear exhaust mount
Looking for some advice. 2011 2.4puma 110. Rear exhaust mount snapped this morning and I’ve cable tied it on for now. I can’t get under it till next week. So it’s the rearmost mount that’s connected to the rear crossmember. Is this mount meant to be welded or bolted to the crossmember? Also is it an item I can purchase? Also any recommendations as to where.

I’m working all weekend so just want to see if I can order a bit just now.

Thanks for looking.

I am not very familiar with 110 chassis, but my TD 90 has the welded bracket (as all model years) and a bolt on bracket. It is part 11 in below link. But the mount would probably bot be in the correct position anymore.

Actual hangar is bolted on, hopefully it is this bit that has broken rather than the bracket on the chassis (see Dinnu's pic above which is essentially same as a 110 one). See here for the part (no. 8 )

Thanks all that’s great. I hope it’s just the bracket and not the chassis mount.

👍

I'm late to the party, but here are some snaps from the rear of my Richards Chassis v8 110 for reference:

The peculiar stainless steel bracket going down to the exhaust came with the exhaust kit itself (double S exhausts) and I would expect your mount to the bracket to be different. The chassis bracket is welded in place on mine for reference. 2005 Td5 90 XS

Thanks all. Part ordered. I’m off on Thursday so hopefully it’s just a case of bolting on the new bit. If not I might be asking for recommendations for a decent mig welder. 🤣
