Grenadier Axle
Is this the Grenadier axle someone from Carraro said yes what do you think?

Its from this video of 2B tour in Italy at the Carraro factory about 2.00 mins in

It certainly appears to be a Carraro axle, looks suitably heavy duty and has 6 stud hubs. It has similar suspension geometry to the 2A prototype that had a modified and trussed axle, probably used just to get the prototypes up and running. Hence the 2A's used 5 stud wheels.

The diff housing on the 2A looks very much like this Dana 44 from a Jeep Wrangler Rubicon.

The Brembo brakes will look good hung on that axle think of the fun you could have with the Brembo parts catalogue .

The Antonio Carraro SRX 5800/6800 Tora narrow tractor was recently recognized in the EIMA Technical Innovation Awards program. This highly specialized narrow tractor accesses hard-to-reach locations with help from Dana’s high-precision gears, shafts, and a bevel gear set.

It appears from the above, that Carraro are already using Dana components in their axles. It would make sense to use an existing differential and base a new axle design around that.
So my guess is, we are either looking at a beefed up Dana 44 or Carraro's version of a Dana 60 axle.
E lockers are available off the shelf for both axles.
A wide choice of gear ratio options are also available for heavy duty towing or large tyre use.
Dana components would also help from a world wide spares availability perspective.

I don’t think Antonio Carraro tractors and Carraro Group are related at all. 2007 110 TDCi Station Wagon XS

I doubt it will get a dana60 center section in the front. This makes no sense with just 32"s. Dana 44 will be great though. Defender 110 SW MY2011 2.4tdci decat, no EGR

Maybe not. Confused
2 Tractor manufacturers, both called Carraro, based in Campodarsego, Italy.
Not sure what the history is there.

Carraro Group was founded by Giovanni Carraro and first manufactured agricultural equipment, seeders, in 1932. The first tractor was built in 1958. Antonio Carraro separated from his brothers in 1960 to form the Antonio Carraro company. In 1977 Carraro Group decided to transfer the production of tractors to Rovigo.

I thought they were using Maxion wheels steel and alloy.

But the Carlos Fandango would make a good option.
