Towbar Extender
Ladies / Gents

Has anyone purchased a towbar extender from Dave Cooper, I have seen his name mentioned here a few times
But before I eventually decide to purchase one, it would be nice to see if they are up to the job.

I have 2 e mtb’s on a Thule rack that will be mounted on on the towbar / extender and wanted to see if there is any flex on the extender itself, I would rather not have the 2 expensive bikes bouncing about on the back of the vehicle if possible.

This came from Ebay but is reassuringly solid not for towing though

Yes, I have seen that one and wondered how that would fare with 2 e mtb’s hanging off of it.

I think I am going to take the photo of that along to my local Blacksmith and ask him to fabricate
something similar possibly on a 4 bolt pattern with extra strengthening.

Hi I have one from Dave Cooper as he is down the road from me.

I have had it fitted for about 4 years now and it carries our 2 eBikes on our detachable rack.
