Thank you Clayton. Mostly vanity modifications, although mostly the Defender is for work use.
New tyres on new wheels today. So pics to follow tomorrow! |

So I did go for the 16" wheel option. I really like the 18", but after a lot of consideration and chats with Bowler, and helpful input from members here. Although, I think either would be great for a 90.
Weight, for those interested. The Bowler wheel before fitting: 13.0KG. The SVX Dual finish alloy, with a load of wheel weights on: 13.6KG. So I'm impressed how light the SVX wheels are, a very good upgrade at the time for the SVX. My old Wrangler MT/R really impressed me. They have an aggressive new grip out now and weigh more. So I went with the Dura Trac. It has that cross over M/T and A/T. I picked 265/75. Seeing them on the car, I would have been fine with 235/85. Even though they look a bit to big to me, I'll be comforted by the bigger tread for on-road braking. Hopefully more pics to follow soon. Click image to enlarge |

thanks for the comments. Such an expensive purchase, glad they worked out.
Clayton, the Blindo are such a good wheel choice. They look great on your truck. |

The slippery slope, brings delight.
As I mentioned everything taken of my 90, gets stored away. Right now I can't see anything going back on! When this arrived, I was literally blown away. So cool, I can't wait to drive with these fitted. My journey so far has been soulful with the defender, and my recent tweaks have brought even more smile per mile. Only new drama is, all rear red lights not working. Either with front lights on, or braking pedal pressed. Inclusive the back window brake light. All other lights working.
I suspect it is a fuse. Time to google! |

It was not the fuse for rear lights. So carefully driven over to to the experts, at my preferred LR independent.
I had a bunch of trouble recently getting genuine LR parts. Parts also not made in the UK. After banging my head against the wall. Someone stepped up and helped me out. How much longer will it be possible to buy UK made parts? But for now, whilst they are available... yes! Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge |

I have Bowler wheels, bumper and steering guard on my Puma but keep finding myself being drawn to putting back the original bumper and sawtooths!

On the right car I think they look great. And on Black Puma they just look the business.
