Thanks Alex. I'm just glad to be contributing to the forum.
Instagram, that is something I should get onto, maybe when I have a few more pics |

Was thinking to go all black no stars. But keeping the grille and lettering silver.
Outside is done. A few things to work on elsewhere. Click image to enlarge |

Nice.. the Defender looks like a piece of sophistication in an industrial/marine background.

Oh and a great antidote from this moment. I'd just finished my work, before I took this pic. A car passed me twice, slowly.
A senior gentleman with a wonderful stomach stopped finally, beside me. Without leaving his car.... "how many oil leaks you got in that 'pommy' car of yours?". I informed him that mine is fine and the Land Rovers that leak oil and leak from rain are kept in the UK, so mine is doing OK. He kept ear bashing me with Pommy this and that. Apparently 'Pom's" don't know how to make gaskets, so just fit an Australian gasket because they are thicker and you'll be right. they make them in Australia for Pommy cars, because he knows Mark Webber F1 Driver. And that's the way it is That may seem racist, but, what great moment. And he only had one lower tooth. What a legend. You have to love living in AU. No question. Just great! I'd have a beer with him any time |

Brutal day. Exhausted and loaded down with heavy work cases. Such a welcome site for the Friday drive home.

Neat photo. Is it the angle that makes the hood look swollen or was it customized?

Hello chek, the Puma has a raised center bump. I think they raised the engine with the Puma.
L110CDL, drive home and the cold can of beer waiting there for me, was awesome! |

Bowler bits look fantastic on it Black Puma. Really tasteful and subtle.
Enjoyed seeing your pics of her around Sydney. I used to live in Bondi and ran around in a silver Defender 90 X Tech edition. Very happy days. Some shots from a trip to Myall Lakes: Click image to enlarge |

Perfect combo, X-Tech and Myall Lakes. Love it there, good camping and sand dunes not far away.
Also, would fit in perfectly in Bondi, not just Bondi cool - sand easily washed out! Glad LR didn't spec carpets in AU |
