Advice on issues
Hi, Just purchased a 90 and noticed a couple of issues. First is dirt and damp in footwells under matts, etc. I know they leak water but with small stones and dirt not sure where it could be getting in?

Also back door has a gap at the top when closed. Door looks straight so not sure if issue or normal?

Thanks in advance.

Re the rear door, try removing the spare wheel first. see if there is an improvement.
While the spare wheel is off, then try to lift and wiggle the door and check for movement in the hinges. If there is excessive movement, then the hinges need to be replaced. Unfortunately the Puma rear door hinges are not serviceable. 1988 90 Hard Top, 19J Diesel Turbo, Shire Blue - Restoration ongoing

The door gap is common caused by the spare wheel.

RE floor well - I sealed random holes with rubber grommets then both stage 1 and waterproof underlay over the top.

My rear door looks very similar - Only solution I've found is hinge replacement + spare wheel carrier to prevent the weight of the wheel pulling on the door. Haven't gotten to the carrier yet so I've just taken the spare off for now!
