Have you had the steering wheel off recently?

Original steering wheel or aftermarket. Aftermarket ones use the sprung collar off the original wheel, or pins in the boss and need to be setup correctly.

Make sure the arrow on the indicator unit is pointing towards the stalk when re-installing the steering wheel.
