OEM winch bumper - non aircon
Hi everyone. Hoping for a few pointers.

I'm quietly saving up for a winch - nothing fancy, most likely an unloved 9.5Ti or 9.5CTi as I'm trying to keep the vehicle OEM, though I do appreciate there are far better winches out there. I'll be buying an older winch and rebuilding - though I may use some non warn parts.

For the bumper, I'm struggling to know what to look out for. As mine is a 2010 90 SW (non aircon), the LR factory part number is DAH500350LQV and seems to be suitable for vehicles with or without aircon. But that strikes me as weird - surely if you fitted an "aircon" winch bumper to a non aircon vehicle then the winch would stick out unnecessarily - I'd much prefer to be tight to the body.

Is there a genuine parts bumper (or an aftermarket bumper that looks genuine) that would be suitable for both a 9.5Ti winch as well as fitting snug to the grille - i.e. made specifically for a non-aircon model?

I don't know much about winches, so don't know if there's a standard footprint or pattern tht would mean I could get any old bumper.

Appreciate any help here.

I am in the process of fitting a winch and ended up buying one of the First Four bumpers - non aircon version. This design accepts the rubber corner pieces and looks reasonable OEM. Sady Peter is no longer running First Four but he has an eBay store. Rgds.

That's a really good spot, thank you Andy. Not a lot of point in me buying and refurbing a genuine bumper when a well made OEM-type one is available at that price.

No. I spent ages sourcing and referbing an original then looked into winches and found these bumpers. I spent far more. Big Cry Big Cry
