Mr Ashcroft kindly sourced it for me so I'm sure it will be correct, but I will get the tape measure out this weekend, thanks for the tip Mike. 2005 Td5 90 XS

Hello Shroppy, I bought a complete new sensor which came with the mount, as per:

I can't for the life of me remember where I ordered it from though, I should have an electronic receipt somewhere but my filing system is, er.. a work in progress.

The sensor part is ERR6119, but as this is the same sensor for both manual and automatic, that doesn't help much. I've googled the usual suspects and they are not making it clear which part number is for the manual.

The following item (use the 'Lucas' pulldown for the brand) lists the same number as my box above - but the picture does not show the mount at all so all bets are off. Could give them a ring and ask? It says its in stock.

Or you could do what Roland instructed me to do (which I didn't understand at the time) and just grind down the automatic mount if you have that already? 2005 Td5 90 XS

Many thanks Hufflepuff, I'll give them a call as you suggest.

Would you be able to tell me the thickness of the manual mount if possible please? Just in case I do need to cut the automatic one down. 1985 127 V8 Build Thread

Yes I can do - let me know if you do decide cut yours down. I don't think its a terribly precise size, it just needs to not bottom out the sensor in the reluctor ring.

Looking at the image, it looks about twice as thick as the bottom plate. 2005 Td5 90 XS
