It's a minefield.
On closer inspection that van is branded as DVA which in NI. On the "mainland" we appear to have DVSA. You'd expect them both to have similar powers ~ maybe they do but then apply them differently. I think it is HMRC that check for illegal use of red diesel, not DVSA
