Quite a common issue..
More likely a worn drive cable which runs from the motor across to both blades.. Or can be the actual wiper drives at the base of each wiper. You will need to take apart to know for sure. Not an expensive repair...just a little fiddly. Many write ups on here Clemmo Make today a little better than yesterday but not so good as tomorrow.... Or in the motor drive itself, the circle falls off the pivot on the end of the crank arm and randomly changes park and sweep angles as the plastic bush moves....
Good luck! |

Thank you for your replies, I replaced the cable last year because it had snapped. At the time they didn’t appear any free play in the spindles, and I stripped and re greased the gearbox on the motor. I think I will replace the motor and spindles .
