I think you just need to make sure you choose the callipers to suit vented or unvented discs to match what you already have. Generally, 110 fronts are vented, 90s are not. 2007 110 TDCi Station Wagon XS

thanks for the reply.
I was planning to move to Vented and buy some new Vented discs to go with the calipers. the 2.2 TDCi ones i have found are stated to be for vented discs from a 2.2 - so i was just hoping to check if the fitment/attachment was the same as on the 2.4. thanks |

Caliper fitment is the same.
Vented have a metal spacer between the two caliper halves to accommodate the additional thickness associated with vented discs. Unvented do not have this spacer... Vented Click image to enlarge Unvented > 110 XS Double Cab |

Actually, how urgently do you need a pair? Like you I have refurbished a pair of vented calipers to fit to mine as I cannot afford to have the vehicle off the road for the duration of caliper refurb
I will be fitting the refurbed calipers soon so will have a pair of OE 2.4 vented calipers spare. Local too in Newport, > 110 XS Double Cab |

Hi Hank
thanks for the really helpful info, and also for the suggestion - I can defo wait, not urgent, so if you re happy to move your old ones on to me in the not too distant future than that would be a perfect suggestion, thanks! will happily pop over and collect etc. thanks |

Would it not make sense to refurb the 'spare' set first and just fit those as a one-off task rather than swap them and then swap them again? Particularly if changing from unvented to vented? Darren

Sorry, misread your first post. Thought you were planning to fit some second hand ones whilst you had your originals refurbed. Darren
