I would check the rear door ( not side doors) first then if it’s been a wiper and potentially a central locking issue that’s caused those fuses to blow. After 19 years of opening and shutting it would be my go to place. Lots of info on rear door wiring and if needed rear door card removal on here. Just make sure if you do remove rear door card you have already got spare door clips. Have some trim removal tools and have identified where the clips are . Also some multi core wiring, crimp splices, heat shrink, crimpers etc ready to undertake any repairs.
