Nicks,
Could you tell us where you got the electronic flasher relay ( and a part number if it has one !) - I have the bulbs but can't find a relay that is a direct plug-in replacement for the standard unit. If you just fit the LED's the relay acts like it has a bulb blown and clicks on-and-off very rapidly. Look forward to hearing from you. Cheers, Rick. |

http://www.mobilecentre.co.uk/landrover-de...p-282.html these are the best type as they are plug n play and you can use normal lamps as well as led / mix |

Right i have just checked with them that they actually sell them seperately, as I had them fitted when they did the roll cage.
The lights came from protection and performance, www.ppcages.com, the rear kit costs about £500 + VAT, they are genuine peri lights like land rover use and i think look tons better than cheap copy ones, they come with genuine land rover plugs on so you can just swap them straight over, adaptor plinths so you do not have to re-drill the back body with std round fog light plinths, you also get the correct relay which is a direct swap and led bulbs that fit in the standard front indicator, clear or amber, so you dont have to swap the front lights. I have had this kit on for 9 months now and no problems. I have also added a clear side repeater. its the reverse led unit that is the expensive one - £140.00 + vat list price, coloured lightrs are £40 each and clear are £50 each plus plinths.

Seems frighteningly expensive to me especially considering the cost of the roverantics.co.uk LED set.

yeah i did consider not having the led reversing light, i dont think it would stand out too much if you left the standard one on, but for me I thought the led was brighter for reversing in the dark.
At the time i bought mine they were the only ones available, there is a choice now of cheaper versions, I still think these look the best of the ones i have seen though, and bieng an OEM part on a newish vehicle makes sense too. |

I`ve just bought 2No led stop/tail that are fitted to the svx and 2No clear led indicators from somewhere else , went to fit the stop / tails today to find the the socket on the light for the plug is too large i thought that by buying genuine lamps they were plug and play
Anyone know where i can get the correct plugs , and have the svx got a different loom or do they have adaptor leads. |

the svx has link leads, so it uses original looms. i made the link leads my self - buying the plugs from Durite - it took a while to work out the colours, i still have them written down if any one wants them.
