Toward the end when the royal party was making its way through the chapel to meet the State Bentley there was one very loud engine starter heard across the castle grounds - did the royal chauffeur forget to inhibit the auto stop/start in the Bentley?
Aside from the memorable service, it was nice to see all those old Roll’s and Bentleys lined up at the exit from the chapel along with the Range Rovers bringing up the rear.

Edit - just heard the commentator reading the newspaper review on the R4 news read out that the some of the sunday papers feature photos of the “Range Rover” hearse.......... Pangea Green D250 90 HSE with Air Suspension, Off-road Pack, Towing Pack, Black Contrast roof , rear recovery eyes, Front bash plate, Classic flaps all round, extended wheel arch kit and a few bits from PowerfulUK Expel Clear Gloss PPF to come
2020 D240 1st Edition in Pangea Green with Acorn interior. Now gone - old faithful, no mechanical issues whatsoever ever but the leaks and rattles all over the place won’t be missed!

On that point Tim....
I was wondering why the hearse driver wasn’t switching off his engine, while the bearers stood still and right behind the exhaust as they removed the coffin. Until I saw the vehicle gently pull forward allowing the end of the Union Jack flag to slip off the Land Rover tailgate. I thought that was an awesome detail.
