I have WIPAC Quadoptics and crap bulbs by the look of it, is it worth upgrading to the Crystals?

Hi, I put Crystals on my old 300 because the lights were complete cr@p. but so far the standard Puma lights with Philips Extreme seem OK.
Are Crystals that much better than standard Puma lights? BM52 |

What are they like in the snow though? Where the heat from normal types of bulb melt the ice and snow off the lenses, what happens with LED light? |

There is some heat generated at the rear of the lamp which is blown forward by a small fan onto the glass. The lamp has been tested down to minus 20 degrees......HTH.....Ada Putting Dreams on Drives at JLR Solihull..
