Had a friendly and unrushed chat, He went through some of the general operations of stuff, ie where to find options on the screen for towbar deployment and trailer setup, and that the Incontrol software was linked to our account and phones etc. In all a pleasant car collection as ever from Pentland in Elgin.

Not a pretentious red carpet, keys in a box, car under a cover/reveal affair, but that's not something I'd want anyway, I bought the car I didn't win it. 3 Landrovers

I have had the full range...this time car was delivered, keys given me no paperwork done.

Probably the best

I have had umbrellas, vouchers, chocolates etc etc

I’m going to take it that deliver was worth any free stuff! Mike

We arrived slightly ahead of time scheduled. We got asked if we wanted to see car whilst they were getting paperwork together. Got taken up escalator to indoor showroom jammed full of cars for collection. Spotted ours a mile away sitting above the RR sports etc. Book was a nice surprise. Back downstairs, signed the paperwork and then car had magicaly appeared in bay beside us. Just got some help getting the remote app to work and then all good. I would say excellent service and would return. Whether it was just chat but they said they liked the spec I chose they ordered one for stock with same spec but different colour. 90S D250 fuji and loving it.

All my paperwork was done digitally, handover took 10 mins maybe 15. I set the app up 2 days prior. 24MY 90 D250 HSE, Tasman Blue

Same here & suited me fine

It was a Friday, after 5pm, dark & Censored down. Here’s the keys & a tin of sweeties & see you later.

I guess after almost a year of phone calls & emails, we both had had enough of each other. 🤣

Just think about all those poor people that collected their Discovery sports and Evoques and were told to sign a form to say that the oil dilution issues were their own fault and not that of JLR.

Does kind of take the shine off a new purchase......

Ahh oil dilution, had that on my 17MY D5 TD6, that’s how I ended up with the Velar. Lucky escape really, the next owner had to get the engine replaced under warranty. 24MY 90 D250 HSE, Tasman Blue
